Aaron Roach MCIM is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and has worked in IT & Marketing since 2007. After leaving college, he studied towards becoming a Chartered Accountant before taking a drastic career change and moving into Website Design. He progressed quickly to become an IT Manager, IT & Marketing Manager and eventually the Global IT & Marketing Director for an International Christian Charity. Since forming Zephi, his passion and drive has been to assist businesses and organisations of all sizes with first their Marketing foundations such as a functional and attractive website, and then achieving growth through process automating and brand awareness with Social Media & Search Engine Marketing. Outside of Zephi, Aaron enjoys spending time with his 3 young boys, spending time with his partner and learning new skills!

Ro Pimlott has over 14 years of marketing experience, both in-house and agency side, with a passion for content and digital marketing. She loves to create fresh and engaging material for both online and offline comms including copywriting for websites, social media, blogs, brochures and fundraising. Her strong understanding of SEO and CMS systems combined with her attention to detail makes her a marketing force to be reckoned with! In her spare time Ro enjoys keeping fit by running (in all weather conditions!), playing racket sports and catching some waves. When she isn’t working, she spends time with her husband and chasing after a mischievous toddler which also keeps her fit!

Dom brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Zephi, having served in various leadership roles at Cazoo and Smart Fleet Solutions for over 12 years. In his previous role as Head of Quality and Inspections Dom was responsible for inspiring and motivating staff to achieve excellence and mentoring them as they develop new skills

Giles Magee has been working with Zephi since 2020, adding his extensive customer service and operational experience to the team. Building on his background in the hospitality sector, Giles spent over 10 years honing his customer service skills, before moving into the role of Operations Manager in an international Christian charity. Since joining Zephi, he has fine-tuned his skills in ActiveCampaign setup and integration, website design and content writing, as well as enhancing our project management processes. When not working on client projects for Zephi, Giles’ favourite things to do include playing Dungeons & Dragons and exploring his faith.

Ryan Crutchley is an 18-year-old IT apprentice at Zephi, where he is developing his skills in technical support, troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT operations within a small, fast-paced team. He is passionate about technology and always eager to learn new tools, refine his problem-solving abilities, and contribute to creating smooth, reliable IT experiences for users.
Outside of work, he is heavily involved in music. Ryan enjoys listening to a wide range of genres, playing the drums, and going to concerts. Music helps fuel his creativity and keeps him motivated both inside and outside the workplace.

Katie Smith brings a wealth of leadership and coaching experience to the team, having spent the last 16 years in the banking industry. Her career covered a variety of roles, most recently leading the Digital Transformation plan across the North & East regions of the Retail Bank. Formerly serving as the Digital Transformation lead, Katie specialised in training and developing colleagues to embrace new technology. By focusing on enhancing efficiency and fostering innovation, Katie played a key role in modernising the bank’s operations and driving forward its digital agenda. Katie has recently returned to work after enjoying her maternity leave with her now very cheeky one year old. An avid traveller, she loves exploring new destinations and creating unforgettable memories with her family (including a very sassy Dachshund).

Dan Hayes is a Business Development Manager at Zephi, where his role focuses on promoting the full range of services the company offers. He brings with him extensive experience across management and operations roles in a variety of businesses.
One of Dan’s proudest achievements was playing a key role in managing the delivery of UK passports to customers. He helped initiate and oversee the delivery chain from point of collection through to final delivery—a process that is still in use today.
Dan is known for his approachable and friendly manner, and he places great importance on building trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Outside of work, Dan coaches a youth football team and volunteers at Hednesford Town Football Club. He is also kept busy by his three boys and their active young lifestyle. As you might expect, he’s a passionate football fan.
