Whilst we have both national and international clients, one of our favourite things to do is to work with local businesses. Whether it is helping them grow their business through email and social media marketing or improving their web presence, there is something special about working alongside businesses who are in the same communities as you are. Joining the Lichfield & Tamworth Chamber of Commerce allows us take doing so to the next level.
The Chamber, founded in 1813, has a network of over 3,200 local businesses and covers six geographic divisions; Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Burton, Cannock and Lichfield & Tamworth. The vision of the Chamber is to connect, support and grow local businesses. They achieve this through networking events and opportunities to submit news stories to gain media coverage.
Often it is simple enough to find a service provider via the internet, but often we don’t know which companies exist locally to us. We believe that working with local businesses not only builds for a stronger local economy, but it can also strengthen the community. We chose to join the Chamber of Commerce to help businesses in the Midlands find us more easily so that we can play a part in seeing this happen.
Building connections with other members of the Chamber of Commerce in the Greater Birmingham area has given us the opportunity to work alongside some truly outstanding companies, developing strong working relationships which can enhance and expand our own service offering. An added benefit is that it also gives us access to a vast portfolio of businesses that we can refer clients to, should they need services that we do not provide, knowing that they will be in good hands.
